2. Payments & Refund Policy

• • All summit attendee packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice at least 15 days before the event date.
    However, Awardee passes are strictly non-transferable, as they are issued based on individual nomination and selection.

  • While every effort will be made to proceed as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, governmental restrictions, or other operational challenges).

    In such cases:

    • All registrations will remain valid for the new date within the same calendar year.

    • If the event cannot be held within the year, a full refund will be issued upon written request.
